John MacKenna 1880-1947, he got married in 1909 and moved to New York where he got work with the Fire Dept. They had 9 children 6 of whom survived, his wife died prematurely he quit his job to look after his family, his recording career was from 1921-1937 he was a well known Flautist both at home and away, he died in New york and is buried at Calvary Cemetery
